The world today is under going the stressful times of recession. Many people are losing their jobs. In such harsh times here is a list of some of those jobs that are least affected by recession. The most recession proof careers are as follows :
- Government Jobs : This is the best recession proof career with good payment scales and additional perks.
- Legal Profession : Judges, advocates and lawyers are always in demand to settle and fight for the innumerable legal issues.
- Teachers : Even though people are facing great financial crisis yet they have to send their kids to school. Thus even teaching is one of the recession proof jobs.
- Marketing Executives : Whether recession or not the marketing people have to always work hard to fetch clients for the company.
- Health Care Services :
As the number of hospitals, medical services and the people who are falling ill is going up so is the demand for doctors, nurses and more. - Accountants : Tax work, auditing, preparing company’s yearly reports, managing the money that is pouring in all this is to be taken care of even in the recession.
- Security Services : This includes the police force as well. Crime doesn’t stop during recession rather increases manifold and security officers are required.
- Clinical psychologists: The counselors and psychologists have a good future and especially in the recession period people are generally depressed and need them to keep the situations under control.
- Food and Catering Services : Food, clothing and shelter are the basic necessity of man. Hotels, restaurants, food stalls, cafes and fast food counters are always sure to run no matter how severe the recession may be.
